A baseplate uses the full 42 mm cell pitch. Large layouts are divided at complete grid boundaries so each tile fits within your print bed and edge margin. A 6 × 9 grid on a 220 mm bed with 5 mm margins becomes four tiles: 5 × 5, 1 × 5, 5 × 4 and 1 × 4.

These tools use the pinned Gridfinity Rebuilt model profile. Physical fit testing is pending; start with a small sample and an independently sourced reference part.
